• Mountain Creek Ski Resort, Vernon Valley, NJ.  The project involved a wide range of engineering and permitting services to the Solar Developer including site constraints mapping, wetlands delineation and permitting, local planning and permitting support, geotechnical investigation, site civil and stormwater design, solar array layout, detailed design of parking canopy structures and Solar facility construction and site civil contractors. This project consists of developing three solar facilities (2 ground mount and 1 parking canopy systems). The Project involved obtaining Planning Board approval from Vernon Township, preparation of Site/Construction Plans, stormwater management design, grading design, site layout and construction coordination with the Town Engineer. Storm water management design included the design of two above ground basins and three infiltration basins to accommodate proposed site modifications to 24 acres.
