- Advance Auto Site Development – Fairlawn, NJ This project involves the construction of two retail buildings, asphalt parking lot, site grading, lighting and landscape design. Stormwater management design included the design of a large underground infiltration basin to accommodate the runoff from the asphalt parking lots. Services included planning board presentation, the preparation of Site Plans, municipal roadway design, stormwater management including stormwater quality, quantity and groundwater recharge analysis and project phasing plans. Construction assistance during the installation was also provided of site drainage, curbing, sidewalks and grading.
- Kosco Harley Davidson Dealership – Kinnelon, NJ This project involved the construction of a new motorcycle dealership and 125 car parking lot. Donohue Engineering prepared construction plans and provided construction inspection of the various site related construction. A NJDOT Highway Access Permit and NJDEP Freshwater Wetland and TWA Permits were required for this project. The project is located along Route 23 and required 12' high retaining walls to be constructed to meet existing grade behind the building. A new underground stormwater infiltration basin was designed and installed to accomodate the additional stormwater runoff.
