• Sleepy Hollow Subdivision, Twp. of Jefferson,  NJ.  This project involved the redesign of proposed subdivision roadways to blend into the natural landscape of the project surroundings including the design of roadway geometry and stormwater drainage facilities.  Donohue Engineering analyzed the previous roadway designs and prepared enhanced design documents.

•  Eight Lot Residential Subdivision, Twp. of Jefferson,  NJ.  This project involved the design of proposed subdivision roadways to blend into the natural landscape of the project surroundings including the design of roadway geometry and stormwater drainage facilities.  

• Kensington Estates Subdivision, Twp. of Jefferson,  NJ.  This project involves the preparation of subdivision plans for a 30 lot subdivision including roadway geometry, stormwater management facilities and local roadway improvements.  Donohue Engineering is responsible for the design and preparation of subdivision plans.
